First clue - they haven't done any wedding consultations. But they DID receive a suspect call from a 'bride' who had booked a wedding with the previous owners and was supposed to call the next day for a consultation - but never showed.
Second clue -she was stupid enough to use her daughter's name as a User ID.
Final clue - she copied a bride's negative review someone left for her! Unbelievable.
I don't use the "C" word often - but man, I want to.

Thanks for the comments, all - we've fortunately severed the last ties we had with this psychopathic, vindictive troll.
The ones I feel the worst for are her husband and children - just imagine having to live with someone so venomous and twisted - combined with the cunning and insight of a third grade special ed student. It's truly pathetic.
